Specialized milling and turning of components with very low roughness.
We specialize in machining of non-metallic materials like thermoplastics and thermosets. Using special diamond tooling (PKD, MKD) very low surface roughness (Ra < 0.1 um) can be achieved with mirror-like finish.
Our facility is equipped with 5 CNC 3-axis milling machines, 3 CNC turning machines, manual turning machines and finishing equipment like robotic polishing cells and sandblasting.
Parts can be machined and polished to different surface requirements without using any oils or greases, therefore assuring non-contaminated surface for post-processing, eg. coating.
