Filament winding is an automated process for producing cylindrical components with very high accuracy such as pressure vessels, piping, tubes, etc. by winding a continuous fiber at different angles on a mandrel.
Our proprietary 4-axis winding equipment is designed for series production of large range of parts from diameters of 4 mm to 1000 mm.
Parts manufactured with filament winding have consistent thickness, finish and structural properties from batch-to-batch, rendering this technology ready for mass production.
