Our vast experience with different techniques of composite parts fabrication includes:
vacuum infusion
resin injection or casting
prepreg press moulding
filament winding
hand lamination
We have been producing items from sporting goods, automotive, aerospace and marine, sizes ranging from 50 mm large CF pieces to 27ft sailing yachts.
Our equipment includes automated resin meter/mix systems (3 components) for accurate continuous mixing and dosing of epoxy resins, thus assuring highest precision and control.
Once parts have cured at room temperature, we proceed with tempering at higher temperatures utilizing our large walk-in curing chamber (4 x 3 x 8 m) or several 1000 L ovens.
